I'm Shirley

Tom and I are The Florida Agents, a full-time real estate team helping buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida, with a special focus on Clermont, Minneola and Lake County. We work with many people relocating to Florida and specialize in new construction, 55+ communities and helping buyers compare the different communities and lifestyles available in the area. Our goal is to provide local knowledge, personal guidance and hands-on service from your first questions through closing.

Shirley and I work together personally with our clients from the first conversation through closing. Many of our clients are moving to Central Florida from out of state, so we help them understand the differences between Clermont, Minneola, Groveland and surrounding communities before they choose where to buy. For new construction buyers, we also help compare builders and communities, stay involved throughout the build process and provide local support when our clients can't be here in person.
