A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Shirley Guercio and I’ve been a realtor for almost 20 years.

I am originally from New Orleans, LA. From there, I’ve lived in Seattle, Chicago, and finally found my forever home in the Orlando suburb of Clermont.

Tom and I (my husband) are a real estate duo who invest heavily in our clients. Real estate is our forte and we love helping people find and sell their Florida dream homes. The feeling we get after successfully helping someone find their dream home is priceless. Tom and I have sold tens of millions of dollars in real estate and yet, this feeling has ever gone away. It turned out that our driving motivation was the client experience.

We always strive to exceed our clients expectations while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism. With our expertise and enthusiasm, we make sure that all transactions go as smoothly as possible so that everyone is happy with the results.

My commitment to excellence has earned me many awards throughout my career, including being named a top producer in our brokerage for multiple years. In fact, Fannie Mae personally recruited us as their real estate agents of choice during the 2008 financial crisis.
